PRESS RELEASE

"Necessity is the Mother of Invention"
That is one man's theme for his innovative invention.

Southington, CT, April 16, 2001 --- In November 2000, Wayne C. Fasske, general manager and inventor of Stud Shopper, LLC, demonstrated a one of a kind machine called the "Stud Chopper" at the Metalcon Show in Atlanta.

Stud Chopper, powered by an 18 horsepower Honda V-2 engine, is a self contained, mobile stud shear system used on the construction site to cut light gage metal framing studs and track from 3 5/8" to 14" up to 12 gage CSE at any angle. The shearing mechanism automatically stores away in what appears to be a standard gang box and "weighs in" at about 500 pounds. It's amazing to witness Stud Chopper's cutting speed of 30 cuts per minute, as compared to several minutes per cut by today's conventional methods.
