PRESS RELEASE Continued...

When asked how he came up with the idea for his invention, Mr. Fasske said, "Necessity is the mother of invention" and recalls the story of how he was awarded a contract to build a million square feet mall in Connecticut in 1995. In preparation for the job, he attended the Metalcon show in Chicago thinking he could purchase a portable stud shear to cut his metal studs. To his amazement, he found none existed and proceeded to invent one out of necessity.

He built two machines that he used on the mall job and completed construction two months early. He now manufactures and distributes several models of Stud Choppers that include a stationary model that is electric powered and is used in manufacturing and pre-fabrication plants.

Mr. Fasske said the Stud Chopper was such a success at several major trade shows that he plans to introduce new models based on ideas and questions from show attendees.
